Our products are designed to offer peace of mind to families and caregivers, ensuring the safety and comfort of the elderly. We offer a comprehensive system that includes a wide sensors solution, a database, an alarm system, and a web-based UI, all nicely integrated to same solution. No need to several apps and different solution for covering all the need for a Complete solution.
Why start the collaboration now
We are in the process of adjusting text and function of our solution to fit into safety devices and not to medical devices. We currently work with focus on making sure our solution can be delivered without breaking any directives from MDR, IVDR or FDA.
We use external certification specialists for this work. By signing up partner now we can make sure your planned use is taken care of in the process.
MDR and IVDR
EU has introduced the new MDR and IVDR regulation over the last year. Some of our product does already has this classification in place, and the rest are in the process or evaluation. By this date our sensors is not to be used in hospital as medical devices, but at home and elderly care center as safety equipment.
B2B model
The product range will be in production from Q3/2024 and starting in the Nordic countries. Other marked will be open for delivery Q1/2025. Sample and test system will be ready for global delivery from Q3/2024.
We have developed what you need
We believe that many companies with extensive experience and good market contact do not necessarily have the knowledge and resources to develop such a complete system as we offer here. The development and operating costs of such a project are significant. Therefore, it is with pleasure that we can now offer a complete solution with sensors and cloud solution. The solution is built around Microsoft Azure cloud, which is very easy to duplicate and scale. All new customers get their own database and we can place the system and database in the preferred location *.
* Location must be a Microsoft Azure certificated data center.

Distributor
A distributor works with manufacturers to distribute products along the supply chain, sometimes to dealers, sometimes to retailers, and sometimes, directly to the consumer.
A distributors focus is to cover the entire marked in the geographical area given. A distributor will normally have several wholesalers and many dealers as cusomers.
We normally has only one distributor in a country.

Wholesaler
A Wholesaler is a company or individual that purchases great quantities of products from manufacturers. Wholesalers store them in warehouses and sell them on to retailers.
By managing inventory and providing storage solutions, wholesalers alleviate the need for retailers to maintain large storage spaces, which can be cost-prohibitive.
We can have several wholesalers in a country.
Dealer
Dealer refers to an individual or business involved in trading or distributing goods, often to retailers or directly to consumers. A dealer is often referred to as a retail distributor.
Our international distributing channel will server as distributor in case a distributor / wholesaler is missing in your country
Retailer
Retailers operate as the final link in the supply chain, selling products directly to the final consumer, Retailors focus on customer experience and service.
